Privacy Policy

Apollo is run by Apollo. Privacy questions go to jorgeochoareyes@gmail.com.

Account data: your name, email, workspace, and team members. Billing data: handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Call data: for calls your agents handle, the phone numbers involved, recordings, transcripts, and the details the agent captures (for example a caller's name and reason for calling). Usage data: logs needed to run and secure the service.

To run your agents, show you calls and captured records, bill you, keep the service secure, and support you. We use AI models to answer calls and to summarize them into records. We don't sell personal data and don't use your call data to train our own models.

We use service providers for cloud hosting, database, and AI services; sign-in; voice AI services that run your agents' conversations; telecommunications carriers for phone numbers and calls; payment processing; and web hosting. Each is under contract and processes data only to provide its part of the service.

When Apollo answers or places a call for a business, that business controls the call data and decides how it's used. Callers who want their data removed can ask the business, or contact us and we'll help.

Agents are instructed never to ask for payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, or passwords, and captured records remove card and Social Security numbers automatically. Health information: we don't yet offer a HIPAA business associate agreement, so don't use Apollo to collect protected health information beyond a brief reason for an appointment.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete a single call, an agent, or a workspace from the dashboard; that removes its recordings, transcripts, and captured details, including from our providers, within 30 days. We keep minimal call records (time and length, without content) as billing records. To delete your whole account, email us and we'll do it within 30 days. Backups roll off within 14 days.

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia, or the EU and UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal data for advertising. Email us to make a request and we'll respond within 45 days. Requests from callers go to the business that runs the agent, and we'll help it respond.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your workspace and display settings. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Apollo is for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 13 (16 in the EU), and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to your workspace, and secrets for connected services are stored encrypted. If a breach affects your data, we'll tell you without undue delay and as the law requires.

Data is processed and stored in the United States.

We'll post updates here with a new date, and email you about material changes before they take effect.
